The Riders were like kids at Christmas, to quote Too Slim, when they met the crew and got to play at Ellington Field. Thanks for the post Mike. -Campfire Bert
Riders in the Sky will be at CMA Music Fest & Fan Fair in Nashville, TN on Thursday, June 9. They won"t have their own booth this year but so far they are scheduled to play on the Acoustic Corner Stage from 12-12:30PM. Then meet & greet & autograph 12:30-1:30 at the WSM booth.
Hey Ranger Doug!I enjoy listening every week to your radio show on Sirius XM Radio. It's nice to hear of things from days gone by, when music was a lot more enjoyable and people didn't have to avoid all the other trash that's out in the world today. I was wondering if it would be possible to mention again where to request songs to hear? Thanks again and keep it up!
Hi Riders, My husband and I had taken care of a dear family godmother until she passed away of cancer, shortly before your appearance at Gettysburg last week. Our kids gave us tickets to your concert for Christmas and we weren't sure we should go. But they talked us into it and your wonderful, uplifting performance was exactly what we needed. We sang along, laughed, reminisced, etc. and bought your CD's which we play over and over. Thank you so much for keeping the old west alive for us. You all are just wonderful entertainers and I have spread the word to everyone I meet: "You MUST, MUST, MUST see Riders in the Sky!" One other thing: We were at the Roy Rogers auction at Christies in NY last year. Where I saw Trigger for the first time! And I am very proud to say that I own 2 pairs of Roy's cowboy boots - very worn and showing signs of many stories. Thank you, thank you for working so hard for our enjoyment! Bless you all!

Hey Riders, thanks for playing at the STS-133 crew return party at NASA's Ellington Field. The music was awesome and appropriate for Houston!
